What a treasure. Gibbons makes excellent use of colour contrasts and shadows in this painting. With art that big the guy must almost be hovering in your room.
Pretty intriguing with us gravitating to the weirdness of the Mekon design when it's presented so clearly and proudly in a definitve manner by Gibbons in a full effort painting like this.
