Description

Gottfredson's pencil for an unpublished daily Mickey Mouse strip from the 1970s. The gag focuses on the green beret worn by Goofy, and was probably deleted due to the reference to the " Green Berets", a special corps of the US Army.
The strip is accompanied by a certificate of origin and authenticity signed by Norman Gottfredson, the author's son.

Published in the volume "Gli anni d'oro di Topolino, Cronologia dell'opera omnia di Floyd Gottfredson" no. 38, by RCS in 2010.

Fun gag with on model Mickey and Goofy! Gottfredson always shows them as if they were posed in animation.
