Description

A great DPS showing off Tim's imposing Batman style as Bats crashes through a window chasing after the maniacal-looking Mad Hatter. Bonus Commish Gordon and Babs in the lower left (doing holiday shopping infinitely more dangerous in Gotham apparently). Got to love those text boxes - recapping the Mad Hatter, his title box, and the memorable font with the Mad Hatter's dialogue.

I still have fond memories of these Halloween specials, even if they were later eclipsed by the Long Halloween and Dark Victory. The art remains amazing though!

Pretty incredible example of Sale's Bats. Couldn't hope for much more in a piece from him.

The Gotham Train station is so well constructed here for this environment of steel and glass in perpendicular patterns by Sale. Batman and Mad Hatter break all that up as they crash across the entirety of the DPS!
