DescriptionFirst Sean Gordon Murphy piece for me from the first series featuring his art that I ever read. It was nice to be able to grab this great splash page from The Wake, I like the scale of the image, and the detail of the background elements. I felt this was a great place to start with SGM.Social/Sharing |

The Wake was the first SGM book I remember reading as well, and I remember thinking how unique the art looked...this is a great example. Literal light shining a light on our story! Congrats!

It's his design sense that makes the difference. SGM puts together modern linework with influences from the past to make any scene look to have a cyber edge.

Congratulations! Sean's style is one of my all-time favorites, his ability to create depth is second to none and this page features so many of the things he's known for. Enjoy!
