Sounds like the beginning of a very intriguing mystery. Makes you want to read on. And yeah, ya gotta love the classic 'Peter face/Spidey face' split image there at the end.

Very cool art for The Amazing Spider-Man comic strip by Fred Kida. I love the classic setup where Peter Parker can't get the girl because his Spider-Man identity is a problem. I especially love that third panel with the split Spidey/Parker face. What a great pick-up, congrats!
