Description

After the massive gunfight with a large group of Nikto fighters, Din Djarin accompanied by IG-11 enters the compound where the "Asset" is being held captive. What follows is an iconic moment of Din Djarin and Grogu meeting for the very first time. Everyone watching had an "Aww" moment at this exact scene and the Baby Yoda fever spread far and wide overnight. It was an event that cemented the popularity of the first ever Star Wars live action series.

Wow! Incredible spread from The Mandalorian #1. Gorgeous work by Georges Jeanty and Karl Story! The pages are beautifully composed and well drawn. I love how the story leads right up to the first meeting of Din Djarin and Grogu. Even reading it now, I can remember how the whole "Baby Yoda" moment captivated the country for awhile. Great pick-up, congrats!

glad I'm stumbling onto your older posts from this series now as I somehow missed them when posted originally but wow wow wow!! First interior appearance of Grogu from the adaptation is one helluva an addition to your amazing Star Wars collection. congrats!
