DescriptionAn original mixed media sculpture, repurposed stormtroopers toy from the "Star Wars" film series by George Lucas. Titled, "Universal Man." A figural Pop Art work produced in the style of the Mexican Huichol School, covered in a plenitude of colorful hand applied beads.Part of the ALTERTATION ART series, a collaboration process between Rick Wolfryd, fine artist and art dealer with over 40 years experience, and various Mexican Huichol artists and Mexican Huichol art studios that Rick has been drawn to, after 10 plus years of living in Mexico. That's hell of work gluing all those scale sized beads to pattern. It's so unique, I don't think any toy factory would be willing to mass produce this without a lot of cost added.
