Ok… sometimes I can be wrong… I’m not a big commission guy.. and even less so by artists I’m not too familiar with. I’m much more likely to buy an unpublished piece if it is already finished than rolling the dice. But WOW this one worked out and made me see why you commission chasers do what you do! I was planning to go down to OAX2024 and I kept seeing all the opportunities being offered and as usual wasn’t getting the warm and fuzzies about taking the leap. But I wanted the experience and something special to commemorate the show. So when Tatiana from TDArt was on announcing her artists.. I thought you know what I’m friends with her and want to support her so let me look. She only had 2 artists so I checked out their instagrams and CAF art .. and kind of dug what I was seeing from Ryan Odagawa. So I signed up for a Goblin Queen and requested a couple goblins… and that was that. A month or so later I saw this beauty show up on Instagram and was floored.. so overtaken I thought this couldn’t be mine! I reached out to Tatiana and said should I be excited??? She said yes you should! This was my piece! Ryan randomly decided to use water colors and it is amazing!! Thank you T and Ryan!

You're such an a-hole! You know they're not going to choose 2 Odagawa pieces for the weekly picks and now my poor Leia is going to be ignored. SCREW YOU CREAM FILLING!

Gorgeous piece!!! Wow!! I wasn't familiar with Ryan either until I got a Mystery Sketch by him, and damn, what an artist!!!!

Commissions can work out at times :) GQ in all her glory! Love the no nonsense expression and the goblin toadies are a nice bonus. Congrats!
