Interesting fact on this one. Moore made the art too big on the art board. DC didn't want to cover the alien riders face with the TNG logo so they actually altered the artwork by lowering the creature that's being ridden in relation to the TNG crews heads. In the original art you can see the creatures front feet. On the published cover you can't. Got a whole bunch of these TNG covers from Jerome Moore when he was at San Diego 15 to 20 years ago.
