DescriptionOriginal Cover Art - Rudolf Sieber-Lonati (* October 16, 1924, † April 27, 1990).Published as cover of the German eerie pulp series Macabros #9 »Der Blutregen« (Blood Rain) in April 1974. I am not a particular eerie pulp fan but this artwork has something I really like. It is also featured on the backside of the Lonati illustration art book. Personally, I would say it is among the most popular Lonati artworks. Gouache on illustration board. Signed and framed. Size: 13 x 19 in. Social/Sharing |

Now that's an attractive shage of grape purple! It looks so wet and juicy for these sharks and amphibians to be able to travel through the air.
