Closely associated w/Vampirella (the vampire superhero from the planet Drakulon), Sanjulián began his career w/her publisher Warren Publishing in 1970. Offered here is a large and impressive framed painting by Sanjulián, framed size measuring 34-3/8x39". Oil on canvas original art has been professionally and attractively triple-matted to 21.5x26.25" and features full body image of Vampirella kneeling w/blood-soaked chalice in her hand as a large bat flies overhead. Additional details at lower right include skull w/snake emerging from eye socket. Sanjulián has signed art below Vampi's boots.
