I was drawn through space and time to this amazing piece, which was featured on Steve Rude's Closet Collection on March 4, 2021. You can watch the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UH5Dmv9l_1I where he mentioned how 90% of the color pencil & Water color art fails.

Impressive that he mentions that these are freehand likenesses.  It might be off theme, Markie Post?

I think, from what Steve Rude said, it's from a Drew Struzan movie poster.  So, how about the movie Caravan of Courage an Ewok Adventure, and the woman is Fionnula Flanagan who plays Catarine?

She had a perm in that movie.  Although she did appear in Star Trek in later years.
