I discovered Jonas via the recent Dark X-Men limited series, so when I found him in the outer aisles of NYCC, I pulled the trigger on a Dark X-Men page immediately.

After Matt Lesniewski finished Page 1 of my Colossus sketchbook, I approached an artist about getting in the book, which he agreed to, but needed me to come by the next day to do it.

With a free afternoon to get a 6x9 sketch done, I thought to check in with Jonas, who fortunately had time to make it happen.

The result was a smash action moment bathed in heavy inks. Just great work from an up & coming artist.

A powerhouse with the dry brush burnish for Colossus' more industrial surface finish than mirror polish.
