Maggots #3 (1992) 'Some Kind of Beautiful' pages 3-4

In this story by DC writer Jack C. Harris, an ugly duckling goes to extreme lengths to become her high school's beautiful swan, ultimately reaping disaster. On these pages, she acquires magical "Night Beauty" facial cream from a sketchy beautician and experiments with its unexpected effects.

As on other pages in the story, some of the markers (perhaps the thinner nibbed ones) have faded more than others. The crayon and Craftint textures remain unchanged. I love the player getting beaned with the football in the last panel on page 4.
