Few images of the "dynamic duo" photographed together exist, + even though the two may have had a longstanding acrimony, observers attest this was never displayed in public.

This photo of a smiling Jack and Stan was taken at the 1989 San Diego Comicon by artist Scott Anderson. Scott's work has graced the pages of the Washington Post, Mother Jones, EW, and Mad Magazine. Scott was only 15 yrs. old when his camera captured this moment for posterity.
