Description

Former stuntwoman turned villain Roxy Rocket (Roxanne Sutton) soared into the hearts of readers with her airborne introduction, seen here flying high over Gotham with Batman quick on her trail. Roxy was originally created for this issue, and it's noted that artist Bruce Timm and writer Paul Dini liked the character so much that four years later they brought her into both the Batman and Superman animated series airing in 1998. She made her first mainline DC Comics appearance in Detective Comics #822.
