Description
Waited a while for this one and it turned ot great. Marcio has drawn Rocket many times, including for commissions. You can find several of them floating around the internet, and hes also drawn him for published work several times. His style is a unique blend of realistic proportions and cartoony energy and form, so for a character like Rocket it can go either way.

This take that I got feels unique amongst them, much closer to the realism corner of things while a lot of his others go for more exaggerated features. Clearly inspired by the MCU portrayal(which was totally at the artists discretion, no request was made for a specific look) the intense expression with white eyes and heavy artillery hes character make the piece feel much bigger than it is. Many thanks to Felix comic art and Marcio!

Real nice with the brushwork for the fur instead of the a solid outline!  It adds to the animal nature to Rocket because he already stands upright like a humanoid.

Such a fun character to comission. So many unique variations that all seem to be inspirational. Love it!
