Every time Gwen shows up, we are reminded of what Spidey is fighting for!  Her beaming good girl look and personality made the soap opera of Peter's life resonate so much more.  Some Romita Sr. line razor cuts in this too!  Or did Mooney do those too?

Sweet page - Gwen needs to look in the mirror. and remember she is gorgeous - I mean Dustin Hoffman is her desired mate?

What a stunning Amazing Spider-man page by John Buscema! Love that first panel with Spidey lifting the guy with one hand. And that's followed by the fun scene when we discover he's on the phone with Gwen as the man runs away. John Buscema did a phenomenal job on every book he ever worked on. His work is sometimes overlooked because there is so much of it, but he is one of the true masters of the comic art medium. Every book he touched was better for it. Great page, great pick-up!

That's a great page! Those issues that Buscema worked on with Romita/Mooney were an amazing time in that book's history. Congrats on the page!

With the uniform, I wasn't sure if that was Flash or John Jameson in the background, so I looked the issue up on Marvel Fandom.  They had a really cool trivia bit: under the credits on the splash page, it thanked JRJR for suggesting The Prowler.  He would have been 13 at the time.  Cool story and awesome page!

Great page! The composition of the second panel is super, with great faces throughout. Mooney's inks are sumptuous.
