Description

Fantax is a French superhero comic book series created in 1946 by scriptwriter J. K. Melwyn-Nash (Marcel Navarro) and illustrator Chott (Pierre Mouchot, who also edited the series).
He was France's first superhero, was characterized by violence that was unheard of at the time, prompting widespread protests.
Robert Rocca, who signs Bob Roc, was part of the famous Chott workshop, headed by Pierre Mouchot, which produced such legendary series as Fantax, Big Bill le casseur, Marco Polo and Robin Hood.
