Tight pen and ink image by fan favorite Bill Lignante (1925-2018) who was an American artist notable for his varied career as a Phantom comic book and strip artist, animator and television courtroom sketch artist. Signed at bottom and inscribed at top to Ed Rhoades. Lt. aging/wear. At bottom edge there are two hole punches that have not been punched out and taped on back. Art attached at top edge to mat. Exc.
