Love this issue with the swashbuckling Nightcrawler. There's a gorgeous double splash title page to this issue that I've been trying to get from Alan for decades. But he's decided that it's a keeper, at least for now. Anyway, terrific work from Alan & Mark, as usual. Love that top panel.

His true personality without the weight of guilt and self loathing. Lots of joy expressed by Davis and Farmer's dynamic art! Look at that stacked up layout full of energy that can't wait by overlapping onto the next panel.

Such a great page!! The swashbuckler always gets the girl...Why doesn't that ever happen with the piano player?

Are you kidding me? Where were you throughout the mid to late 80's? Billy Joel not only got the girl, but she was a fucking supermodel!
Anyway, really superb swashbuckling action here and it makes for a very fluid, action packed page!
