I felt like my first couple of posts on CAF needed to capture the start of my collecting journey. This is one of my most recent acquisitions and one of the pieces that finally tipped the scales in my decision to start sharing my OA collection on the platform.

Marco Ferrari is such an incredibly underrated talent. His work is dynamic in a way that I just don't have the words for. And his page compositions tell the story in a way that few other artists can. I genuinely believe that his career is going to take off like a rocket to the moon in the next couple of years. Here's hoping his latest work, Scarlett, is the vehicle that gets him there.

I was probably a little... over-prescriptive in what I was hoping to get from this piece. Somehow, Marco managed to decipher what I was looking for, chisel away the excess nonsense and craft a masterpiece.

The amazing team at Inky Knuckles has my eternal gratitude for helping to line this up. If you haven't had the pleasure of dealing with them already, stop what you're doing right now and get on it. They're among the best in the biz.

Sweet Mama!!! I've always thought that Marco would kill an Iron Man piece and here is the undeniable proof! What a spectacular result, congrats!!!

Thanks M L! Love your pieces from Marco btw. I vividly remember thinking that your Blade Runner commission was one of the absolute best commissions I'd ever seen when Marco posted it. Until I got mine of course 😉
