Nice illustrated style that could be mistaken for something done during the 1930's to promote the film with this tropical jungle setting of Skull Island and Driscoll's crew .

Fantastic and terrifying scene! This would have made a great movie poster. Guice is such an ageless talent. I don't know what covers 1-4 look like, but it's hard to imagine any of them being better than this one.

This piece has so much to love and enjoy. I particularly like Kong's hair/fur, the left palm tree in shadow, and the water flowing over the rocks in the middle. The layout with foreground, Kong, and the background of pterodactyls, clouds, and palm trees gives the cover depth. Congratulations!
