Ivan Reis and Ed Benes both did pages for this issue of Superman, and I have an earlier page by Ed, so I was happy to be able to get this Ivan Reis page too to go along with it! In this story Talia Al Ghul breaks into prison to visit Lucia, a South American criminal who Superman helped capture and put in prison a few issues earlier. Talia uses Lucia's grudge against Superman to make her the new host of the Blackrock, a stone which gives the host superpowers that looks and sounds pretty similar to Venom, and she goes to confront Superman.
