The "most outrageous race design" choice in "Saga" (Brian K Vaughan and Fiona Staples) surely goes to the Napoleonic clan whose heads are all television sets or computer monitors of varying vintage. Prince Robot IV goes on a surprising character arc in the story thus far, and I look forward to seeing what happens to him next. (If you know, don't tell me; I haven't read them all and know that survival is far from certain in this story.)
