Description

This is a very special painting.
I saw Adi work on it when he first posted about it on Instagram. While it was still in black and white and in early stages, it was immediately clear that this would be one of his masterpieces.
I contacted Tamsin Isles (Adi's wife) who represents Adi, Geoff Darrow, Lee Bermejo, and Crisse (check out tamsinisles.com) and she was super kind and reminded me when the painting came up for sale and was so wonderful to work with.
Adi's artistic process is fascinating and very detailed. The work itself is slightly unusual for Adi. He decided to paint a Savage Rogue as X-Men 97 was showing.
I am absolutely in love with this piece and I hope you feel the same way.

The natural lighting is marvelous! The light reflected off the skin tone is amazing. She might look young, but her forearms shows she's not above doing the neccesary hunting and fighting to survive in the Savage Land.

Incredible! It looks like another step beyond his painted pieces that I've seen before, certainly more lifelike than he's usually done. Congrats!
