Wow!  You are right, they replaced panels one and two, took out the Star of David, erased her from the fourth panel and flipped the direction fo the last panel.  For a holiday themed final issue of the series, they sure took pains to hide one of the holidays.

I was a bit confused when I first saw this page because I know it was not in the issue. So if I'm understanding this correctly sabra was originally supposed to make a brief appearance in the issue but was cut at some point before going to press? Bill Mantlo was the writer it's too bad he's not in a postion to share his thoughts about what that was all about. Anyways, thank you for posting this I love discovering new Sabra related stuff. That's been especially the case with all this Captain America Brave New World drama for ther past couple years to say nothing about October 7th and it's aftermath of global Jew hate on steroids.

Wow, Shannon, thanks for posting this great page and pointing out the editing done from the original art to the published work. It just goes to show that even back in the 1980s they didn't want to be overt about there being a Jewish super hero. Sad how much times haven't changed. This is a real collectors item - thanks again for sharing!
