DescriptionHere's another great piece I picked up from Rob (wolviefan). As much as I loved Gene Colan on Captain America, I think he did some of his best work on Daredevil, and I was happy to pick this piece up. Daredevil and Doctor Doom, from a fairly early Daredevil issue. I love that bottom panel showing Daredevil, but also the campy 60s dialogue between Daredevil and Doom... I have not always been a huge fan of Tartaglione's inks, but I think he did a good job in this one!!Social/Sharing |

Colan doing DD and Doom on the same page, 'Nuff Said! this is a top notch page - Rob bringing the combo deal heat!

Great pick-up Alberto,I was thinking about this one,but waited way to long ! From a great storyline and one of my favorite DD books back in the day,congrats!

Self aware corny dialogue from Stan Lee! Colan and Tartaglione work the darkness to have this original form look like a high end b&w TV show with elaborate decorative set design! Doom with the boot to DD's ass!

Great stuff, especially the last panel as Doctor Doom's big secret is revealed. He's going to return later to pleasure Daredevil!

Great page, congrats Alberto. Also, that's a very 'Cap-like' pose that DD is striking in the last panel.
