Description

Heroes Day 1: Too far back in the VIP line to get a DWJ ticket. I blame the Courtyard Marriott 'restaurant' for taking over 20 minutes to prepare my everything bagel. To be fair, maybe they started with a plain bagel and attached 'everything' individually.

Heroes Day 2: Left earlier. French bakery was much quicker, and tastier. The strawberry Danish was excellent. Got to Felix Island in time to secure one of the (10) DWJ tickets.

So when I finally got up to the table I showed Daniel the two pieces he did last year Glenn Danzig and Ghost's Papa Emeritus III and gave him three choices: 1) Nergal (from Behemoth) 2) Johannes (from Avatar) 3) Legendary Horror Punk Guitarist Icon....the Monster Man himself...Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein!!!!

Daniel quickly picked Doyle.

I was extremely happy with how it turned out!

Now I have Danzig and Doyle....looks like I need a Jerry Only. SPOILER: DWJ did not draw on Sunday....so I have to wait until the next time.

If you give DWJ the choice, he'll pick drawing the one with a stringed instrument every time! It looks like he's playing with perspective here to make the shredding more epic!
