Armando Gil is yet another artist I'd totally forgotten. His worked is fantastic. Look at the terrific feeling he gives to John's pencils on this page. Wonderful.
From a groggy face, to an alert one, to an angry desperation, Gil is able to bring out the emotion and enhance the claustrophobia from Buscema's pencils!
