Description

Thrilled to add my second piece of childrens illustration art to my gallery. Being an aspiring children book writer and artist its exciting to own original art from these great illustrators. This piece is from Francesca Rossi who created this beautiful double splash for the book Litte Red Riding Hood basied on the classic story. She did all the illustrations for this book and they are all wonderfully painted through out the book.

FRANCESCA ROSSI graduated from the Scuola Internazionale di Comics (International School of Comics) in Florence. She publishes illustrated books for a number of Italian publishers, and designs book covers and posters. In addition to her work as an illustrator, she conducts workshops in schools and libraries, as well as making and decorating pottery. Francesca has illustrated many children books.

Really like the unique stylization of the classic story...and all those hues of green! Watercolor sublimeness. Congrats!
