Phew! Another SDCC in the books and this time it was a week long celebration with friends both new and old from all over the world. What a joy.

I set up a few pieces to pick up at the show, and ended up with even more art that people had been kind enough to transport for me from other shows throughout the year. Above and beyond that is the art that I was gifted over the weekend - I was truly touched by the generosity of so many people.

That seems the right place to start then, and first up is this 12"x12" album sized rendering by the immensely talented and generous Lance Suarez. Lance and his family were one of the best things about the show and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. Lance presented me with this art hoping, I think, to swap for my dog, but I conveniently forgot to give him my dog. Now all the Bowie is mine!
