Always thrilled to add a Larry Todd piece to my collection. If you ever wanted to know how to have a grow house in you home without tipping off the authorities, this strip shows you how. This strip likely dates from mid to late 80's back when pot was a "Just say no". There was a different NoYo County Capers published in Rip Off Comix but I can't find where this one was published. If you know please fill me in. Thanks
