Description

May’s fine collage mixes the poems of William Blake with an empathetic portrait of his favourite model set against old published pages of the former. It looks great mounted in a vintage Arts and Crafts frame (see additional image). The artist informed me it was painted whilst he was homeless and working in his van several years ago. Happily things have changed and examples of his excellent drawings can be found elsewhere in the gallery.
