Martin Mystère #409 (2024) p 18-19: Skinhead assault and battery

Neo-nazi punks force Java and Martin from their car, menacing them until the cops show up with tasers.

“Devils of hell! That little group is breaking away from the others.”

“Hrgh! Hmg!”

“They're coming towards us! Are they crazy?”

“Java, no!”

“Rrrrgh!”

“You like to tell lies! Right, American? Now you will stop spreading hate and falsehood!”

“What the devil…”

“Ah!”

“Stop! Move away!”

Some of the punks wear actual swastikas, while others have other symbols reminiscent of the same. Sections 86 and 86a of German law ‘ban the distribution of online and offline propaganda and the public display or distribution of “flags, insignia, uniforms, slogans and forms of greeting” belonging to political parties and organizations that have been deemed unconstitutional by the Federal Constitutional Court, such as Nazis and neo-Nazis.’ There is an exception for artistic and journalistic purposes, so this comic book itself does not violate German law, but the characters portrayed on this page are violating it within the story.
