Description

In 2000 I had Kelly Freas first do a pencil version and after seeing how nice it was I decided to go the full paint route and so glad I did. One of my all-time favorite golden age comicbook covers. Kelly had told me that his editor at Avon Publishing had kept the cover for himself and because editor's gave him work, he thought it best not upset the editor. I'll upload a picture of Kelly Painting the recreation which he e-mailed to me. I also bought Kelly Freas's personal comicbook copy of the comic after he passed away.

Nice and thick acrylics! It must have a nice gloss to it making it look fresh with the colors and timeless horror feel sealed in!
