DescriptionThis 3 book series was an outstanding read by Dan Jurgens. This was my first pick up of Mike Perkins who's art really fit the timeline of the story imo. What really drew me tho this page was the middle frame with a menacing angry Batman dealing with a gun wielding thug and dispatching him thoroughlyAll the pages from this series is large at 16.5" x 21" Thank you to Ruben for great communication and a smooth transaction. Gorgeous page and that Batman panel image you mention definately really stands out. Mike's art is incredible and he has really been stepping it up a notch on his most recent projects from Swamp Thing to Bat! congrats!

A climactic page of the story! Very operatic with Perkins evoking b&w films with demon imagery and lighting like Häxan and Vampyr to tie Batman to the golden age.

My pleasure to see you get this one, Jerome. If there was only one page i nthe story that truly epitomized the whole purpose of designing a costume to put fear in the hearts of criminals, it's this one. Forget a bat, he looks like the devil himself has come from Hell to unleash his fury. Fantastic stuff!
