Purchased from him at Baltimore Comic Con 2023

Update: When I was at Baltimore Comic Con 2024 and mentioned that I'd purchased the Magik piece last year, he said that he had just found the prelim for it in one of his books right before the con. He took it out and gave it to me which I greatly appreciated.
