Man, you really gotta give it up to Arvell. With 3 heroes and a villain all taking up the majority of the available space, he STILL found a way and was willing to throw in an extra 20 innocent bystanders as well!

Reminds me of all those great covers he did to show one of the few vulnerabilities Power Man has in order to bring added suspense with our hero in danger! Wrecker is a great foe with a color scheme that is opposite to Luke's.
