Description

I met Irwin Hasen, the co-creator of Wildcat and Dondi, many years ago at Heroes Con. I always enjoyed talking with him.

Irwin was also a cartoonist for a boxing newspaper.

This particular Dondi strip appeals to me in multiple ways-an appearance by Queenie, Dondi�s dog, boxing with the speed bag, and a discussion of one of Aesop�s Fables.

A great look for Dondi for Hasen who contrasts his cartoony face with the fully formed and set face of Hollis.
