Description

Offered her is a complete 22-page story that appeared in the Adventures of Superman #599 which went on sale on 12 Dec 2001 (cover date February 2002), The story was written by Joe Casey and titled, "Borba Za Zhivuchest". Basically the story revolves around a submarine disaster and Superman visiting the heroic Russian submarine captain as he experiences his final day. Pretty deep for a Superman story from 2001.

I like having complete stories and seeing how an artist lays out the flow.

The art was penciled and inked by Derec Aucoin with an image area of ~10 x 15" on standard DC 11 x 17" 2-ply Bristol board. The boards are like new. I have shown one of the nicer pages here but scan other pages for interested parties.

As usual with me, shipping is not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer. I prefer checks or money orders (I know, I am a dinosaur). If you need to use PayPal, I need payment sent as a "gift" or via "Friends and Family". I apologize in advance if that is an inconvenience.

I have been asked if I will ship to Europe... I will, but it is expensive and if you need to use PayPal for an international transaction I warn that PayPal requires items of this value to be insured for full value which does establish a value for countries with a VAT.
