DescriptionThis funny Howard Cruse page appeared in Howard Cruse's Barefootz Funnies #3. It ran as the ad page on the second-to-last page of the book, with available titles offered by Kitchen Sink Press in the open area (see additional images). There are a couple/few funny things about this page. You'll see the note from Howard to Denis at the bottom. I have a right-side-up image in the additional images. Basically, Howard tells Denis that he's going to get more hardcore in his UG stuff. The back cover of the comic book (additional image) is also printed upside-down and shows exactly what Howard was referring to. I would also add that in the lower right corner, you might find the only representation of a Howard Cruse Spider-Man! Wonderful stuff by an underrated great cartoonist.Social/Sharing |
