This cel features Dark Panther. Despite appearances, this isn't Misty Honey, although she is very closely linked to Misty. Dark Panther is given form by Misty's corrupted transformation device, born from all her hate and anger. This heralds the end of the Misty Honey arc in the series.

The cel is in good condition and comes as a triple-layered cel (can’t make out the cel numbers, but the douga sketch is B1 end), but the top two cel layers are stuck together, and the bottom cel is stuck to the douga sketch.
