Description
The New Mutants have been imprisoned on Spyder's home world, in their attempt to stop his nefarious plans - he aims to make a fortune turning Gosamyr's family into sweet, sweet alien silk. They escape and foil his money making scheme, but they still got the crazy big monsters to deal with. Lila saves the day, apparently sacrificing herself in the process...

Terry did a few issues during my favorite era of New Mutants, including this one. I like how he incorporated Sam and Berto here, almost like a lost interior page.

These stories are so wild!  It really struck a chord with the audience and were popular enough to set th stage for Inferno!
