Description

The statue of Perseus is my favorite statue in the entire world. It was created in bronze from 1545-1554 by Benvenuto Cellini. I remember watching Clash of the Titans from 1981 and thinking how crazy Medusa was! Getting to see the statue in person inspired me to commission Simone Bianchi who Marvelized the historic statue with Wolverine holding Sabertooths head with the muramasa blade! Piece is painted in full acrylics and is oversized 16x20.
