Description
Tom Meyer was an editorial cartoonist for The San Francisco Chronicle from 1981 to 2009.
In 1982 Tom Meyer drew this for Marilyn Goldberg.
His work has been published in numerous periodicals as The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time, and The National Journal.

Very nice dedication and the drawing of the hippo is definitely in the mode of an editorial cartoonist that aims towards a tight finish.
