Ray Osrin was an inker at the Iger studios and inked a lot of Matt Baker's pencils both at the Iger studio and at St. John Publishing in the 1950's.

Even back in the early days of comics illustration, they knew the life of an artist meant toiling away all day and night for little pay until you worked yourself to death.
