DescriptionCLICK HERE FOR AUCTION LISTING!3-5/8x6.5". Aurora, CO postmark June 22, 1991 w/"Bluebird Postage Stamp" imprint. FDC has black felt tip pen original art sketches and signatures of four famous cartoonists. Woody Woodpecker sketch by creator Walter Lanz (1899-1994), Dennis the Menace sketch by creator Hank Ketcham (1920-2001), Billy sketch from The Family Circus creator Bil Keane (1922-2011) and Ziggy sketch by creator Tom Wilson (1931-2011). Lanz sketch/signature has aged slightly, but remains totally legible. Edge crease at left, but still Exc. overall. Unique jam piece. Comes w/PSA LOA (which erroneously notes Friz Freleng has also signed FDC, which he has not). Social/Sharing |
