8.25x10.75" souvenir book for the 1994 San Diego Comic Con, issued to celebrate the 25th Annual San Diego Comic Convention. Simpsons cover by Bill Morrison and Steve Vance, showing The Simpsons characters, each w/a comic in hand, featuring popular Simpsons characters like Radioactive Man, Duffman and Malibu Stacy. Bottom center has black felt tip pen sketch of Bart Simpson by The Simpsons creator Matt Groening, who has added word balloon w/"To Duke" inscription. Groening's original art and signature were obtained via a ticketed Acme Studio Art Archives event at the 2007 San Diego Comic Con and comes w/hand-numbered signing ticket. Book has also been signed on front cover in black felt tip pen by Bill Sienkiewicz (March 25, 2016 at WonderCon), Sergio Aragon�s (March 24, 2018 at WonderCon), Arthur Adams (May 25, 2018 at Phoenix Comic Fest 2018), Bill Morrison (Aug. 20, 2021 at Planet Comicon) and Jerry Ordway (Oct. 23, 2021 at Baltimore Comic Con). All have signed in black felt tip pen, w/exception of William Stout, who has signed in red felt tip pen on Bart's head. One and only copy like in the CGC Census and a very unique piece in general. A must for any Simpsons or comic art fan. Duke Caldwell Collection.
