I loved Kevin Smith's run on Green Arrow and I'm a HUGE fan of Phil Hester's work overall. While there were many characters I'd love to get Hester to sketch, I finally decided on this great new villain from their run. Mucho thanks to Alex for picking this one up! "Chop"!
